$125.00 Security deposit is required for each account to be paid within 1 week of submitting the contract.
Note: Water Customer Service Staff will contact you to set up a time to pick up the key and provide you with an account number to pay the security deposit.
Bulk Water station is located at 244 Yeomans St. (previously known as 395 Sidney St.).
I/We the customer hereby make application to the City of Belleville for Bulk Water services. Service is to be supplied to the company and key number provided at key pick up and will commence on the date indicated on this application.
I/We the customer agree to pay for suck service as bills are rendered and to utilize the service in accordance with the Rates, Rules, and Regulations in effect by the City of Belleville or any other regulatory authority having jurisdiction.
The City reserves the right to suspend or revoke a customer's access to the Bulk Water Program at its sole discretion, including, but not limited to, circumstances involving misuse, unauthorized use, non-compliance with this Agreement, or unpaid account balances.
The City of Belleville will make every effort to ensure bills are accurate, however billing errors can occur. The City of Belleville reserves the right to collect under billed amounts at any time in accordance with the relevant bylaw.
