Note: Attendance at an election training session (date to be determined) is mandatory for all election officials. The training session will take place during regular office hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.).

Personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 and will be used by the City of Belleville for the purpose of reviewing applications, contacting applicants, selecting and appointing election officials, administering election staffing, training, payroll, and related election duties. Personal information and any supporting materials will be administered in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).
