City of Belleville Burn Permit

All persons who would like to burn must obtain a burn permit and follow the conditions stipulated in By-Law 2021-12. All residents are encouraged to check the Online Fire Zone Map and see if they are eligible to obtain a permit before applying.

If you are a tenant, it is your responsibility to ensure you receive written permission from the registered property owner to burn on the property or the permit will not be valid.
