Description of the work:

Following completion of the work as described above, the park will be returned to its original condition by the applicant, at no cost to the City and to the satisfaction of the General Manager of Transportation and Operations Services.
To post security in the amount of $500.00, said security to be refunded upon the satisfactory reinstatement of the park.
Should the park not be reinstated to the satisfaction of the General Manager or designate, the City will undertake reinstatement and the undersigned accepts responsibility for all expenses involved in the work.
