  • No billing credit will be applied until the meter is installed, inspected, and approved by the municipality.
  • The municipality may inspect, test, read, or verify the meter at any time.
  • Tampering, inaccessibility, inaccurate metering, or unauthorized changes may result in cancellation of approval and/or billing adjustment.
  • Any credit, if approved, will be applied only in accordance with municipal by-law, policy, and verified meter readings.
