City of Belleville ODSP Property Tax & Water/Wastewater Credit

You can apply for the ODSP Property Tax & Water/Wastewater Credit for 2026.

Please complete the attached application form with supporting document, date and sign.

Please remember to include the documentation referenced in Question 3.

1. Eligible Applicant must own and occupy this property as their principal residence.

2. Applicant Deadline is August 31st, 2026.

3. Eligible Applicant must be receiving ODSP benefits and must provide proof.

4. Applications must be made on a yearly basis.

5. Under the ODSP Property Tax Rebate, all approved applicants will receive a $1,200 credit, which the City will apply towards the Final tax instalment.

6. Under the ODSP Water/Wastewater Rebate, all approved applicants may receive up to a $420 credit, ($200 for properties with water service only and no sewer), which would towards the applicants water bill.

Eligible applicant, must answer YES to the following Questions 1 through 7, then sign (or have your agent sign) and date.

Applications must be received by August 31st, 2026.
