This form is for vendors interested in hosting a booth at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre Older Adult (50+) Information Fair. The Information Fair will take place on September 9, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Quinte Sports & Wellness Centre. Exhibitors will be located in the Gymnasium.
Each exhibitor will be provided with:
- one 6' x 3' table
- two chairs
Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own:
- table covering
- portable signage
- extension cord, if a hydro site has been approved
Set-up will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., and tear-down will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. A sign displaying your organization’s name will be placed on your assigned table.
We encourage exhibitors to bring pamphlets, brochures, or other promotional materials to help showcase their business or service. Interactive elements such as a free draw or small prize game can also be a great way to engage attendees and attract interest to your booth.
