Submitting your request will generate a Work Order with Transportation and Operations Services. Work orders are addressed in priority order.  Please don't submit another work request for the same issue if your work order is still open.

If your request is of an urgent nature, please contact us directly at 613-967-3275 (office hours). Emergencies call 9-1-1.

For urgent after-hour issues including sewer and water issues, please contact: 613-968-6482
