Report Litter Hotspot or Illegal Dumping

This form is to report litter hotspots or illegal dumping on public property.

Submitting a report using this form will generate a Work Order with Transportation and Operations Services to deal with the issue.

Use the Bylaw Enforcement complaint form to report excessive litter or illegal dumping on private property. If you see someone dumping waste and want to report it right away, please contact Belleville Police Services.

Please include as much detail as possible.
